We are here to ease you down that path and get started with simple, delicious meals sent directly to your inbox with easy to follow recipes. Non-intimidating ingredient lists as you can be find most products at your local grocery store.
When you sign up, you will get an automated email with 3 recipes every 3 days.
You don’t have to eat the specific meal on that specific day it is giving but rather this gives you a framework to go off of and makes shopping easier as you are able to get the ingredients a few days ahead of time.
We have kept our most popular recipes from last year, tweaked a few to make them even tastier, and added some great new recipes. You can start at any time in January or beyond!

Each month Plant Based Meal a Day releases an e-cookbook filled with delicious, easy-to-make and healthy plant based recipes (ok, maybe we include a few sweet treats!). You get to keep the e cookbook forever, can even print it out, and can refer back to it at any time.
