We recognize some plant based recipes may call for ingredients you don't usually pick up during your average grocery store run. But, once you start using them, you will wonder why you never had them as a staple before. Ahem, nutritional yeast, I'm talking about you.

But as a free option, to get you going, we have created a list of our pantry essentials. Each item is easy to find in all supermarkets and are simple, delicious alternatives to meat and dairy.
